Cecelia Green is the Senior Manager of Professional Development for Quality Matters. She earned her M.Ed. in Instructional Design from Jones International University and her B.S. in Management Information Systems from Franklin University. Cecelia has over 20 years of experience in higher education; instructional design and teaching.

Nisha Abraham (she, her) has over fifteen years of combined industry, research and higher education experience, and before joining Engageli, worked as the Assistant Director of the Sanger Learning Center at The University of Texas at Austin. She specializes in instructional design, training and facilitation, and has served as an adjunct faculty member at South University. She received her B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007, her M.S. in Biology from Texas A&M University in 2012 and an M.A. in STEM Education from The University of Texas at Austin in 2019.

C.J. Bracken is currently employed at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, where he holds a variety of roles including Coordinator of Instructional Design and LMS Administration, Instructional Designer, and Associate Professor in Instructional Technology and Design. He previously worked at Germanna Community College as an instructional designer and at the Virginia State Police as the Technical Training Manager. C.J. has designed well over 1600 courses and has worked on six teams designing multiple courses for the Virginia Community College System’s faculty in order to prepare them to teach online. He designed multiple online courses for the Department of Energy and The National Science Foundation, in cooperation with the Reynolds Automotive Technology team, on hybrid and alternative fuel vehicles as well as vehicle automation. He is a Certified Quality Matters Peer Reviewer, Master Reviewer, Online Facilitator, and Course Review Manager. He currently lives in Louisa, Virginia, with his wife, Jennifer, and four kids: Nick, Emma, Mia, and Tyler. In his free time, he enjoys coaching the local high school soccer team, boating, jet skiing, and camping with his family.
