Empirical Educator Project Summit
Powered by Engageli and Co-Developed by iDesign

October 19 - 21, 2021

engageli-idesign-argos

Since 2018, the Empirical Educator Project (EEP) has gathered action-oriented academics to work on joint projects to improve educational impact across the sector. In 2021, as we confront a world reshaped by COVID-19 and other rapid changes, this collaborative work is more important than ever. We invite you to join a hand-picked cohort of colleagues as we not only imagine, but try, to create a better future for our students.

Powered by Engageli, EEP is reimagining our annual conference as a virtual experience that is focused on meaningful person-to-person networking and group action. Argos Education, a company that both has its origin in an EEP collaboration and is co-founded by EEP Executive Director Michael Feldstein, will be a permanent sponsor of the event. Since EEP is first and foremost an opportunity for participants to learn from each other, long-time EEP participant iDesign will act as the Learning Design Partner for the conference design.

EEP will focus on three themes this year:

  • Improved learning design and delivery platforms
  • The challenges we face now in this permanently blended, digitally-supported world of teaching and learning
  • The challenges we should prepare for as AI is envisioned to become a more present in educational methods and classrooms

We organized conversations that will help us identify areas where we can work together. And, as always in EEP, your conversations with your colleagues about the work you are doing will be front-and-center.
