With 20+ years’ Fortune 500 experience, she’s held titles like Chief Analytics Officer and
Head of Learning Enablement - and has been helping organizations transition to remote and hybrid work not since the early 2020’s, but the early 2000’s.


As the Chief Consultant at Dana Sednek Consulting, Dana partners with clients like
Cisco, MasterClass, United Airlines, and Harley Davidson to solve complex problems at the intersection of people and technology - including supporting the employee experience and whole-self leadership.
In 2020, she won the prestigious Brandon Hall Gold Award for “Best Advance in Learning Tech Implementation” for transforming the way global employees learn and grow at Intuit.


Dana lives in Denver, where she runs her company from her backyard tiny-home “shed-quarters” alongside her rescue dog Luna.

Nisha Abraham (she, her) has over fifteen years of combined industry, research and higher education experience, and before joining Engageli, worked as the Assistant Director of the Sanger Learning Center at The University of Texas at Austin. She specializes in instructional design, training and facilitation, and has served as an adjunct faculty member at South University.

 

She received her B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007, her M.S. in Biology from Texas A&M University in 2012 and an M.A. in STEM Education from The University of Texas at Austin in 2019.
